Shipping and Delivery Policy

Yay, we ship worldwide!

We indeed ship our soaps worldwide*. Your Levity Parlour bar soaps are shipped from our warehouse located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Currently we only ship via standard delivery, however in the future we might also include express delivery options.

We ship from Monday to Fridayexcluding weekends or holidays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries. Same-day orders are not possible.

It will take up to 2 business days for your order to be processes. So when you order on a Tuesday, then your order will be shipped out on Wednesday or Thursday. After having ordered you will be kept up to date about your order via email.

Please always make sure to fill in your accurate and complete address details in order to guarantee seamless delivery.

If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing. So thoroughly review your shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Please be aware that, import or sales taxes may be issued in your country and/ or state for delivering your order. We do not refund these taxes and/or import fees. In the table below you can see the estimated delivery times and possible taxes infused for your country and/or state.

FATAL DELIVERY TIME

Our fatal delivery time is 30 days. This means, that if your order has not been delivered to you within 30 days, by law you have the right to cancel the transaction and get the money refunded by us. If this is indeed the case for your order, please contact us first at info@levityparlour.com. We will assist you with your request and the further proceedings. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you ordered and your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided to us at the checkout. This can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once we initaited the shipping process, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

If a problem arises with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier first. It can take 1 - 4 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Our customers are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, which are set by the local Customs authorities. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Levity Parlour. Therefore, they cannot be refunded by us.

We ship international packages with the incoterm DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. Only after having paid these fees, you can receive the package safe and sound.

As these fees may vary per country and region, we advise you to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates. Taxes are for example infused with the EU value added (VAT) tax and the taxes of a few states in the U.S.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@levityparlour.com as soon as you placed the order. We can try to change the addres, but cannot guarantee that it will work, as there is a time limit of being able to do so. 

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. Once the package gets returned to us, we can then include the right address and send the package back to you. 

We cannot reimburse you for the extra shipping costs, that come along the new shipments made.

RETURNS

If you want to return a package to us, then the cost and liability for that lies with you. Please check our return policy here for more information.
