Return Policy

WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP

We are pleased to accept return within 14 days after soap receival on all soaps that have not been opened (meaning the banderole has not been removed) and used.

If you want to make a return, please e-mail us at levityparlour@gmail.com to initiate your return and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

E-mail us at levityparlour@gmail.com and let us know your order #. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your soap back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as opened or used soaps will not be refunded. Opened and used in this case means that the banderole would have been removed and the soap has been used already.

Note: we highly recommend to ship your soap via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You can return soaps within 14 days after having received the soaps. In detail this means, that you must contact us for the return and start the shipping process within those 14 days. 

3. WHY ARE LEVITY PARLOUR SOAPS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?

Soaps are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

4. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Levity Parlour will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN" on the package. 

5. MAY I RETURN MY LEVITY PARLOUR SOAPS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Contacting us before, makes it easier for us to refund you. Refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

6. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned soaps were not opened (meaning the banderole has not been removed) and used. You can expect your money back within 7 working days after us having received the soap back.

Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

7. HOW MAY I CONTACT YOU?
