Can I return soaps?   

Yes, you can return soaps. The soaps qualify for a return if they have not been used and the banderole has not been removed. Soaps are a hygienic product and we want to offer our customers utmost quality and hygiene when receiving their soaps. Therefore you may return your soap, however it has to qualify for a return by not having been used nor being opened (the banderole has not been removed). To initiate a return, please contact us first via info@levityparlour.com. When does my soap quality for a return?

Your soap qualifies for a return by not having been used or openened (meaning the banderole has not been removed). Because soaps are a hygienic product, we can only take them back, if they are still in their original state.

Within how many days after receival can I return the soaps?

You can return the soaps within 14 days after receival of the soaps. This means, that within 14 days you have to contact us for the return and you must have initiated the shipping process of the return.

How do I initiate the return?

You can initiate a return  by contacting us first at info@levityparlour.com. We can then identify the best solution for your request and can also advise you how to ship the soaps back. If you ship the soaps back to us without contacting us first at info@levityparlour.com, we cannot guarantee you the return.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of the return?

Yes, you do. We of course refund and accept the refund of your soap if it qualifies. However,  shipment back to us has to be paid by you. You will receive the address for where to ship the soap back from us via email. We highly advise you to ship with a tracking number for in case you need to track your shipment.

How does the refund look like for a return?

For a return, we will refund you with the same payment method, that you used to pay us. This of course is only, if the soap qualifies for the return and arrived back at our office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.  We will refund the soap and the original shipping costs.
