When will my order processing begin?

Your order processing will begin once the payment arrived in our system. We will then start processing your shipment, which means organizing your order, registering it in our internal system, prepare it for shipment and ultimately ship it. This will take about 1-2 days. Once the order is entering the shipment process, you will receive a tracking link to track your order.

Will I get a tracking link?

As mentioned above, you will indeed receive a tracking link for tracking your order. The tracking link is provided by us and you will receive it via email. As your order is shipped with DHL, you can track your shipment with the DHL system.

How can I change my shipment details?

If you want to change your shipment details, then contact us as fast as possible via info@levityparlour.com. We can then check the current status of your shipment and see if we can still make changes. If they shipment has already left our warehouse, then there are no changes to be made. Then the next option would be to return the shipment. 

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes you will! After having processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. After 1-2 days, you will get another email with a tracking link for the shipment of your order.
